a.m. PST on July 31, 2010.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to individuals who
are age 18 or older and a legal resident of the fifty
United States and District of Columbia and Canada.
Canadian customers are responsible for applicable duties
and taxes.
Entry: To enter, visit www.moissanitediamond.com and follow the online instructions to complete and
submit
the entry form. Web site entries must be received by
11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 31, 2010. Limit
one entry per person and email address. Entries generated
by any automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
An eligible individual receives one automatic entry
into the contest when he/she submits the requested
information and will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Prize: 1 (one) winner will win 1 (one) Grand Prize.
The grand prize is 1 (one) pair of Moissanite 14k white
gold cushion cut stud friction post earrings, 2 ct.
tw., 6mm each, valued at $1200. Actual/appraised value
may differ at time of prize award. The prize is nontransferable.
Selection of Winner: The winner will be determined
by random drawing from all eligible entries received,
to be held on August 1, 2010. The odds of winning depend
on the total number of eligible entries received. The
potential winner will be notified by e-mail address
provided upon entry. By accepting and/or using prize,
the winner consents to the use of his/her name for
the purpose of advertising and promotion without further
compensation, unless prohibited by law and upon request
will provide such consent in writing. If the selected
winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails
to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award
notification was sent, the grand prize may be forfeited
and an alternate winner selected.
