We hope your moissanite or jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry item, it may be returned for a full refund (less any shipping & handling charges) or exchanged within 30 days.

Items that have been worn, resized or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

All jewelry returned for refund or exchange must have the original security tag on the item for refunds to be processed. MoissaniteIsForever.com will not accept or process the refund otherwise.

Eternity bands are custom made per order, so when ordering please make sure you have the correct ring size. Eternity bands and eternity engagement rings have a 10% restocking fee. Platinum rings have a 10% restocking fee. Our hand-engraved rings have a 10% restocking fee.

Lifetime Trade-Up Program
You can trade in your Moissanite stone for a larger size or different shape at any time and you only have to pay the difference. Please call us at 800-561-6488 or email us at service@moissaniteisforever.com and we would be happy to assist you with upgrading your Moissanite jewelry.

Ring Size
If you are unsure of your ring size, please call us at 800-561-6488 and we can mail you a ring sizer. If your ring does not fit, we will resize it free of charge within 30 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 5 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are simple. You can return your moissanite or jewelry item 30 days of shipment from MoissaniteIsForever.com, to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange, we will issue a credit for the price of the item. You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return Instructions

MoissaniteIsForever.com merchandise is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return a jewelry item to MoissaniteisForever.com, follow the checklist below:

1. Call MoissaniteIsForever.com customer service at (800) 561-6488 for a Return Authorization Code.

2. Secure your jewelry inside the original jewel box. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. Do not forget to include your moissanite certificate. (The moissanite certificate carries a $15 replacement fee.)

3. Place it all inside a shipping box.

4. Write your Return Authorization Code on the box next to the shipping address.

5. Ship the item by any trackable, insured shipping method and request a return receipt for your records.

We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns may be returned to sender. Returns are processed within 30 days.
